Description

The Trail tells the story of Dardanup from the first human inhabitants to today through signs at twelve locations around the town site. Dardanup’s history is related through the memories of local people and information about the significance of each site.  Visitors can link through QR codes on the signs to more in-depth coverage on the website of the Dardanup Heritage Collective.

Look for two larger signs at either end of the trail (one at the Ferguson Valley Visitors’ Centre and the other opposite Dardanup Bakery) for Trail information and an overview of the history of the town.  The Trail extends into the surrounding localities of Waterloo, Wellington Mills and Ferguson with four further signs telling some of the fascinating stories of these areas.
