24 February – 6 March 2019 – Chinese film delegation visits the Ferguson Valley – The purpose of the delegation was to further develop strategic relationships with government, LMG and industry, showcase WA as a prime location for business enterprises and conduct project-specific location scouting with the express view to commence the principal photography for the feature film PILBARA: A GRAND ADVENTURE in 2019.
